一、项目简介 / Program Overview
北京大学是中国考古学教育与研究的重要发源地之一，长期致力于构建以田野实践为核心的人才培养体系。田野考古教学贯穿人才培养全过程，是连接理论与实践、教学与科研的重要纽带。
Peking University is one of the leading institutions in China for archaeological education and research, with a long-standing commitment to field-based training as a central component of its academic system. Fieldwork serves as a vital bridge between theory and practice, as well as between teaching and research.
近年来，北京大学考古文博学院秉持“授业于田野之间，树人于实践之中”的理念，持续推进校地协同发展，重点建设山东临淄、陕西周原、宁夏盐池、福建安溪等标准化田野考古教学实习基地，探索并深化“基地+”发展模式，推动考古教学、科研与文化传播的深度融合。
In recent years, the School of Archaeology and Museology has promoted coordinated development between the university and local partners, with a strong emphasis on field-based training. It has established four standardized archaeological field school bases in Linzi (Shandong), Zhouyuan (Shaanxi), Yanchi (Ningxia), and Anxi (Fujian), and continues to develop the “Base+” model to integrate fieldwork, academic research, and cultural engagement.
实习基地交流项目作为该模式的重要组成部分，面向海内外相关专业学生开放，旨在依托北京大学学科优势，培养具有国际视野与跨学科能力的考古人才，促进前沿方法应用与国际学术交流。
As an integral part of this initiative, the Fieldwork Exchange Program is open to students from relevant disciplines both in China and abroad. It aims to cultivate globally oriented and interdisciplinary talent, promote the application of advanced methodologies, and enhance international academic exchange.
项目一般于每年5月至12月期间开展，具体时间安排和相关要求以各实习基地项目要求为准（详见附录1、2）。入选学生将在考古项目中接受系统训练，并获得优质教学资源、专业师资指导及良好的生活保障。
The program is typically conducted from May to December each year. Specific schedules vary by individual field projects (see Appendix 1、2). Participants will receive systematic training in ongoing projects, supported by distinguished faculty, strong academic resources, and well-developed on-site living facilities.
二、申请条件 / Eligibility
1. 申请人应为本科三年级及以上在读学生，主修考古学或相关专业。
Applicants must be third-year undergraduate students or above, majoring in archaeology or related fields.
2. 已修读考古学相关课程，具备基本的田野考古理论基础。
Applicants should have completed relevant coursework and possess fundamental knowledge of field archaeology.
3. 具有不少于一学期的田野考古实习或相关实践经验。
Applicants must have at least one semester of fieldwork or relevant practical experience.
4. 能够按照约定时间参与项目，并遵守考古工地及教学实习基地的各项管理规定。
Applicants are expected to participate in the program according to the agreed schedule and comply with all regulations at the archaeological site and field school base.
5. 具备跨学科意识，对考古相关技术与方法具有浓厚兴趣，并能积极参与基地各项工作。
Applicants should demonstrate an interdisciplinary perspective, strong interest in archaeological methods and techniques, and active engagement in field activities.
6. 身体健康，具备参与田野考古工作的基本条件。
Applicants must be in good physical condition suitable for fieldwork.
7. 境外申请人须按要求提供签证所需及相关材料。
International applicants must provide visa-related and other required supporting documents.
三、申请材料 / Application Materials
1. 完整填写的申请表（见附件3）；
Completed application form (see attachment 3);
2. 所在学校出具并加盖公章的正式成绩单；
Official academic transcript issued and stamped by the home institution;
3. 近一个月内出具的体检证明（含传染病筛查）；
Health certificate issued within one month (including infectious disease screening);
4. 覆盖项目周期的有效保险证明。
Valid insurance covering the entire program period.
四、申请方式与时间 / Application Procedure and Timeline
1. 申请截止日期：2026年5月15日；
Application deadline: May 15, 2026;
2. 录取结果公布时间：2026年5月30日前；
Notification of results: by May 30, 2026;
3. 申请人须通过电子邮件提交申请材料至：kaogu301@pku.edu.cn；
Applications must be submitted via email to: kaogu301@pku.edu.cn;
4. 邮件标题格式为：“北大考古实习基地交流项目-申请人姓名-申请人单位”；
Email subject format: “PKU Field School Exchange Program – Applicant Name – Affiliation”;
5. 成功提交后，申请人将收到确认邮件；
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission;
6. 学院教学委员会将对申请材料进行审核，并择优录取；
Applications will be reviewed by the Teaching Committee through a competitive selection process;
7. 入选学生的具体进驻时间以当年度项目通知为准。
The exact start date will be specified in the annual project notice.
五、费用说明 / Fees and Support
本项目不收取学费。实习基地提供基本食宿条件。项目不提供补贴，往返交通及其他费用由申请人自行承担。
No tuition fees are charged. Basic accommodation and meals are provided at the field school. No stipend is offered. Participants are responsible for their own travel and additional expenses.
